Cuando \u00e9stas alcanzan dimensiones m\u00e1s grandes se crean largos recorridos de pasillo necesarios para comunicar ambos extremos de la casa.<\/p>\n<div class=\"imagen-fondo\"><img both;\"><\/div>\n<p>Controlar y reducir los recorridos dentro de la vivienda fue desde el principio parte fundamental de la propuesta; para ello, se conectan unas estancias con otras a trav\u00e9s de circulaciones alternativas al pasillo rompiendo as\u00ed su linealidad.<\/p>\n<div class=\"imagen-fondo\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2141\" style=\"margin-bottom: salas de estar, comunicadas todas ellas y pr\u00f3ximas al acceso, se organizan junto al frente a la calle, mientras que los dormitorios se sit\u00faan alrededor de los patios.<\/p>\n<p>El dormitorio de los ni\u00f1os se convierte en una gran sala situada en el centro de la casa, \u00e1rea de transici\u00f3n entre la zona p\u00fablica y la privada mediante la estanter\u00eda que la empleado materiales y acabados neutros con puntuales toque de color que dejen el protagonismo a los elementos originales que se han podido mantener como son los pavimentos, radiadores y molduras de escayola.<\/p>\n<p>Las diferentes piezas de mobiliario, perteneciente a viviendas anteriores y a herencias de la familia, encuentran su sitio completando la intervenci\u00f3n y poniendo en alza su
